Course Overview

The Masters in Personnel Management (MPM) course trains the student to offer effective HR solutions in a rapidly changing business scenario. The students understand the value of human resources in organizations in the context of challenges posed by new technologies and a global economy. They are fine tuned in key areas of HR management such as problem-solving, decision-making, self management and interpersonal skills. The students are groomed by an expert faculty of respected academicians and proven management professionals, who bring the knowledge and experience of the corporate world to the classroom. Additionally, the students learn necessary computing skills and receive training to improve their leadership skills.
